About the Conference

We gather again for your Women and Leadership Conference at MSU Denver. This year we have a spectacular lineup. We will concentrate on two experts who will help us dare to stand out. We will look at how to be exceptional and how to have executive presence. You will be able to utilize these insights right away. We hit the jackpot with these two presenters. They are renowned coaches and speakers that will share their sought-after expertise with us.

Shanna Weber is a leadership development coach and founder of Prima Consulting. Her session Speaking Up for Impact, gives women the tools to prepare, practice, partner, and protect their space so our voices are heard—and remembered. We will walk away with tactical strategies we can use in our very next meeting

Salvatore Manzi is a leadership communications coach who helps mission-driven leaders transform insights into influence. His session Leadership Presence for Influence and Impact will help us learn to communicate with authority and clarity, ensuring our voice carries weight, our contributions are appreciated, and our leadership presence inspires trust and action.

The two sessions complement each other well and will set us for success. One will help you us be prepared for impact and the other help us have the presence to create impact. The conference is providing an incredible value, we are lucky our presenters want to support our goals and give us all the opportunity to dare to stand out.
