We gather again for your Women and Leadership conference at MSU Denver . This year we have planned an excellent program that will be hands on for us to develop and enrich our leadership skills. You will be able to use them the next day and improve your leadership style and abilities. There are many elements that make for an excellent leader, some of the most important ones are: emotional intelligence, courage, creativity and conflict management. These will be the core of our conference. This year we will hear from our Keynote Speaker Cyn Stadd who will with her great delivery and flair help guide us to understand the core of emotional intelligence. The rest of the presenters are stars at what they do. It will be well worth it to attend.

 

We know that the reality is that women need to be better prepared, work harder and walk a tightrope in order to be successful in the workplace. The conference will add to your toolbox and prepare you to stand out.
